GoPro HERO 4 Silver After using the GoPro Hero 1 for years, it was time to upgrade to the world of 1080p. I have been nothing but happy with the price and quality of the GoPro Hero 4. I have taken my GoPro all around the world and it has yet to disappoint. GoPro Floaty Backdoor It only takes dropping your $400 GoPro in Hanauma Bay one time to realize that your camera needs its own personal flotation divice. This is going to add some bulk to your GoPro, but it is well worth it. GoPro Handle Grip The GoPro Handle is going to help add some stability to your video footage. It is also great for filming selfie footage as you can extend the camera further away from your body. This is a direct connection to the GoPro and wont require additional adaptors. Phone Selfie Stick Who doesn’t like a fun selfie stick? This is my favorite selfie stick due to the fact that you don’t need to connect to bluetooth for it to work. There is a cable you can connect and then take all of the selfies you want without the need to enable bluetooth. Sony Digital Camera DSC-HX60V This has been my point & shoot go to camera. It produces quality images and at the current price of $299.99, you can’t go wrong. With that being said I will be upgrading my camera in the next few weeks and I will updating this at the time. ScanDisk Extreme 32gb This is one of ScanDisk’s highest quality SD cards on the market. Whether I am filming or taking photos, I only like to trust my storage to the best. With amazing reviews on Amazon, I recommend this product 100% for all of your SD storage needs. AmazonBasics Portable Power Bank When I am traveling, I am carrying multiple devices. I always have my iPhone and my XCOM mobile hotspot. Both of these are constantly running out of power. With the Amazon Power Bank, I am able to keep them charged all day long things to the dual usb ports. Bose QC 25 Headphones These are my favorite headphones I have ever owned. The noise canceling features are the best in its class, hands down. I use these on airplanes, in hotels, and at my own home. I can easily fall asleep with these headphones thanks to the soft ear and head padding. Tarriss Travel Lock Even though the TSA travel locks can be easily cut off, they offer me a little peace of mind. If anything it is going to keep the nosey airport staff out of your bag. This isn’t going to protect your bag 100%, because if you leave it unattended in Bangkok, your bag will still walk away. AmazonBasics Dual USB Car Charger The last thing in the world you when you’re traveling is to have your devices run out of juice. This dual car charger is going to allow you to keep two devices charging at all time. For this price this is going to be one of the best car chargers you can get. It has yet to let me down. Cocoon TravelSheet There are times where you will find yourself in a sketchy hotel. Most people like to think that if they sleep on top of the sheets, it will be alot cleaner. The truth is, the top bedspread tends to be left unwashed more time than not. With the Cocoon you always know that you are going to be in a clean pouch. Crocs Clog These things might be the worst thing when it comes to fashion, but they are almost indestructible. They are great on land and in water. They are extremely comfortable and are going to be lightweight for those long travel days. Grid-It Organizer I use the Grid-It Organizer in my carry on bag. In the past I would have a mess of cords, cables, and adaptors at the bottom of my bag. This has enabled me to quickly and easily see what I have in my bag and grab what I need without dealing with a tangled mess. AmazonBasics Packing Cube I like using packing cubes for everything. They keep everything separated and organized. I used them for socks, underwear, t-shirts, and pants. They are a must have for any traveler. SwissGear Travel Gear Backpack When I’m spending a day traveling around a city, this is the bag I use during the day. It will hold all of my camera gear, rain jacket, water, and a snack. It is also a great backpack to use as a carry on for those short trips. Victorinox WT 22in Carry On For for 3-5 day trips, this is my carry on bag that I like to use. Even though it’s 22 inches, I have never had a problem with the size of the bag when using it as my carry-on. The best thing is the Victorinox luggage is backed by a lifetime warrenty. Altoids Wintergreen Mints These aren’t just a great travel mint, but their also a great everyday mint. The taste is amazing and they don’t have aspartame. If you don’t like walking around all day with smelly breath, then these are for you. You can also pick up a bulk pack at Costco. Jiff Peanut Butter I never travel without a jar of peanut butter. The brand doesn’t really matter to me. There will be that time that you’ll fly into Cairo at 12am and feel like you are near death from starvation and jet lag. That is when your peanut butter will come into play, and you will be glad you had packed it. Kind Bars Kind Bars are a great snack any time of the day. I always keep some on me in my backpack so when I am sightseeing I can just eat a quick Kind Bar and then continue on my day. They are also great for when you are in areas where the food carts look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. airbnb There are times when you are in a city and hotel prices will be outrageous. AirBnB does a fantastic job of connecting travelers and hosts that want to rent out a room or an entire home. AirBnB will typically be cheaper than any nice hotel option out there. SilverCar SilverCar gets my recommendation due to their quality of product and their customer service. Audi’s from SilverCar typically cost less than what you would pay for an economy car from Enterprise or Avis. Who wouldn’t rather rant an Audi instead of a Honda Fit? Travelocity Travelocity made the list thanks to the constant coupon codes that they are always sending me for use at hotels. They are always having fantastic sales on hotels and this has made it possible for me to afford staying at some of the best hotels in the world. XCom Global I like to always have data when I’m traveling. I like to be able to keep up with the BulkTraveler social media, and keep in touch with family and friends. XCom is the best option out there for keeping connected anywhere in the world. I have never had any problems with them or their product. It is pricy, but you do get what you pay for. Sucuri Security is always a concern for any website. Sucuri takes over all of your security concerns that you might have. If anything funky starts going on at your blog, they are the first ones to notice it and then let you know what the solution is to fix the problem. The firewall they use is amazing and the support is awesome. SoliloqueWP Soliloque is the fastest loading and most secure slider plugin currently on the market. They have awesome support and they are always willing to help if something comes up. The sliders look awesome and they have one of the best auto featured post add-ons out there. Soliloque makes it easy to keep your blog looking up to date. OptinMonster Every blog needs to build their email list. It helps you connect with your audience outside of your blog. This plugin also has a small footprint, and won’t slow down your blog. MacBook Pro 13in Mid-2015 When traveling around the world, I need to keep up on running BulkTraveler. My entire tech ecosystem is apple, so I like to keep it consistent with my travel laptop. The MacBook Pro is a solid option and if it does happen to break while traveling abroad, you can take it to any apple store and they will be happy to take care of you. BigScoots Affiliate The guys over at BigScoots hosting are hands down the best in the business. They might be a small hosting company but they have the best support out there. They respond within minutes, and they will fix any problem that arises, no questions asked. As you grow your blog, they will assist with everything along they way. They treat you like a friend and not just as a customer. Envira Gallery We use the Envira Gallery for posting all of our image galleries. The plugin has a very small footprint, and the support for this premium plugin is fantastic. Their galleries are responsive and mobile friendly and offer video support. Another thing I love is how it adds social media share icons to every image. Did I mention how awesome their galleries look???
